Flatmate for central, nice rented flat wanted

I currently rent a large flat in the city centre of Dunfermline. Flatmate is moving out so need someone to take back bedroom. The room is spacious with a double bed, wooden flooring, cream walls, a wardrobe, set of drawers, bed side table and wall mirror. Flat has a a nice living room, small spare room used for drying washing, ironing etc. Shared bathroom and kitchen.

RENT INCLUDES: RENT, COUNCIL TAX, BROADBAND AND UTILITY BILLS (GAS AND ELECTRICITY)

I am a primary school teacher so often busy with work but would make a sociable flatmate. I am a tidy person and would appreciate the same.
