Hi. Room to let in New build 4 bed house. Nice double room with plenty of storage and small smart tv As my 26year old daughter also lives here preferably looking for another female. 40 year old female lodger here too. . Living room has smart tv and full sky package. Also full gym in converted garage. As me and my daughter have sky q in our rooms you'll basically have living room an sky in there to yourself. Also nice new slabbed patio area with brick built bbq and garden furniture and decked area. And not far from Amazon. We now have a small puppy. One of the lodgers moving out soon so I'll get pictures if room on when she moves out but nice bright room with plenty storage and small double bed
