Hi, my name is Tierney and I'm looking for someone to share my home with.

About me:
I work full time for an environmental consultancy, where I generally wfh but do occasionally work in the office.
I have two dogs called Skye and Harris, who are very friendly and love attention! I am active, enjoy hill-walking, kayaking and often race sailing dinghies/yachts some evenings and weekends, but also love to do a bit of everything! I am single, so don't often have people round, but I sometimes have friends over for drinks or a games night. I am overall a relaxed and easy going person.

About the room:
The room is a large double room, with a built in wardrobe in the bottom wall of the room. There is space for a desk or other furniture if required.
I am also open to it being decorated/painted within reason and for any decorations to be put on the wall. This is the warmest room in the house as it gets the most sunlight during the day.

About the house:
The house is an end terrace in a very quiet street. There is a private garden to the rear of the house with decking and lawn.
The kitchen is large with plenty storage, space for food preparation and an high table. The livingroom is large with a social/tv watching area and a reading nook by the window. The property has one bathroom next to the bedrooms and a second toilet on the ground floor. These spaces are all shared areas.

Location:
The house is on the east side of Kirkcaldy, just up the hill from Dysart. Bus stops for routes to Leven or Edinburgh, a NISA local, a Chinese takeaway and coastal/park walks are all a 5 min walk away.
The town centre and train station are ca. 2 miles away, the hospital is 1.5 miles away and Aldi is a 20 min walk away.

Desirable lodger:
I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy and has to be a dog lover, as the pups will love to cuddle and play with you. I will consider someone with a dog but will depend on how the pups get on with them.

I am accepting short term lets, Mon-Fri and weekend lets as well - price will be adjusted accordingly
