2 ikeia units, Wardrobe (with hangers) bedside drawers, side table and chair. Clouthes horse to hang clouthes.
King size extremely comfortable bed. In very good condition. Full bedding with cotton bed change sheets. Also Fleece cosy bedding.
55 Inch tv ( Can be changed to smaller tv)
Bus station 20min walk. Shopping centre 15min walk, gym 15min walk (The gym group) swimming pool 23min walk.
Bus routes to Edinburgh, Dundee & Glasgow. Bus straight to kirkcaldy hospital from back of my house. Very good hairdressers at bus station. 5min journey on bus to get to hairdressers.
Good parking at front of house and around areas close.
Area is quite location.

Front bedroom is communal space. As I sleep on sofia bed in livingroom and keep my stuff there. So front bedroom can be used for loger to dry clouthes, whatch other tv. There is leather recliner single sofia chair in front bedroom for watching TV.
If loger wishes small table & chairs that could be put in front room too.
