Double room, large garden

A double bedroom available in a 5 bed house. All bills included and access to shared spaces: utility room, kitchen, living room, garden, drive way and garage. Can consider giving access to an office space too.

Shared bathroom with live in landlord plus downstairs toilet. I’m at the property around 15 days a month.

One other lodger who is in the en-suite room. Keeps to herself with a small dog.

Please note that the property is being decorated and furnished, the photos are not current.

Would want whoever shares with me to treat the house as their home. Will furnish the bedroom to your specification and will get a new carpet before you move in.
