We have available a private, self-contained area of our house which is set within a substantial, individually designed executive detached bungalow.

You will have your own private access to the accommodation. You will have a large double bedroom with a substantial en-suite bathroom which has been recently refurbished and includes a large bath, individual shower cubicle and Jack and Jill sinks providing a modern, contemporary, relaxing space.

You will also have your own private kitchen facilities and utility area with your own washing machine and tumble dryer. You will have your own living room with cinema overlooking landscaped gardens.

We have a generous mono-blocked driveway which provides ample parking.

Wi-Fi Broadband (100 Mb) is included.

The bungalow is set on a bus route with access to the town centre.

The cost is £600 per calendar month for a single person and £800 per calendar month for a couple.

Due to the COVID-19 situation no viewings can take place until our current lodgers move out in July however I am happy to communicate by email, phone or text if you are interested in discussing the accommodation before then.
