Self contained accommodation

We have available a private, fully furnished, freshly decorated, self-contained area of our house which is set within a substantial, individually designed executive detached bungalow. You will have your own private access to the accommodation.

You will have a large double bedroom which has a brand new carpet. There is a brand new mattress and new pillows and new bed sheets on the double bed. You will have a height adjustable desk and office chair situated in the bedroom - perfect for working from home.

You will have a substantial en-suite bathroom which has been recently refurbished and includes a large bath, individual double shower cubicle and Jack and Jill sinks providing a modern, contemporary, relaxing space.

You will also have your own private kitchen facilities and utility area with your own washing machine and tumble dryer. Laundry facilities are also provided including an ironing board, an iron, a laundry basket and three tier indoor clothes airer.

There is a brand new fridge freezer and new microwave. There is also a mini oven, kettle and toaster and cutlery and crockery is provided.

You will also have your own living room with cinema overlooking landscaped gardens. The carpet in the living room has been freshly cleaned. There is also a guest toilet which means guests do not have to enter your bedroom to access toilet facilities.

We have a generous mono-blocked driveway which provides ample parking.

Wi-Fi Broadband (100 Mb) is included.

The bungalow is set on a bus route with access to the town centre.

The cost is £1000 per calendar month for a single person and £1500 per calendar month for a couple. All bills are included in the price.
