Double room in guardbridge

I am looking for a new flatmate to share the flat with. The bills are split 50/50, tv license, gas and electric is pay as you go, and council Tax £50pcm, broadband is £18 pcm. The flat is furnished, and the kitchen has recently been done up. The flat is close to a bus stop to either dundee or st andrews. Local pub is 10-15min walk. and train station close by. The flat wont be available until the end of October when my flatmate moves away.
About myself, I work as a chef in the local pub, so I will be away most of the day. I play golf also. easy going person.
