Both Rooms Available Again

I have one room to rent as my current flat mate is moving out.
The room has built in wardrobes a bed, bedside cabinets, set of drawers and can be provided with a small tv even tho most ppl have their own.
I'm looking to share with someone around my age but older doesn’t matter. it's a must that you work and are clean and tidy also I do have a lot of pets which you would need to be ok with I don't smoke and don't mind smokers either as long as u don't leave dirty ashtrays everywhere lol.
