Double room in large flat

I'm a live in landlord and looking for a flatmate. Moved here a two years ago.

All bills included, including broadband and Netflix.

A top floor flat with fantastic views over the Forth set in an old Edwardian house.

The room on offer is a big double room with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. I also have some shelving.

Inverkeithing is cracking place to live and I've just a short walk from the train station which takes about 20 mins into Edinburgh so ideal for any commuters.

There are also plenty of buses from the high street just 1 min away as well as the bus to Edinburgh Airport which stops at the end of my street.

I work in Dunfermline and you'll often find me out and about of an evening and weekend.
