Hi There, we have a lovely newly decorated, spacious and light double room for rent.
The room is fully furnished with new bedding, pillows and new towels provided.
The room is in a two bedroom first floor flat, located next to a lovely park, there is on street parking directly outside.
It is a 5 minute walk to the bus station with direct bus to Edinburgh, Dundee, Livingston, Perth etc, 15 min walk to the train station and town. Also the 747 bus goes direct to Edinburgh international airport.
The rent is payable monthly, the deposit is £600 the rent includes, Gas & Electric, council tax, fibre WiFi and Netflix.
About us, we both work 5/7 days mostly core days.
We are both early 50s very clean, tidy and love to socialise. We share care of a small very friendly and quiet non shedding dog.
The room is for one person only, no couples etc. We would prefer someone who respects their living space ie, clean and tidy, someone who is done with partying.
We would prefer someone who is working full time and not from home/hybrid working.
