Spacious Modern Double Room - Fife / Edinburgh

Hi there,

My name is Dylan, I’m hoping to share my space in Inverkeithing, a close commute to Edinburgh with a few minutes walk to the train station should you need to travel. Ideally long term Fife / Edinburgh commuter & professional. I work local in a professional job in an office 4 days a week.

I don’t ask for much in an ideal flat mate other than being easy going, clean and respectful of the space and neighbours. I will be looking to stay in the other room for now with view of short term letting the other room in the near future.

The flat is in a modern building with secure entry door which is cleaned and maintained by a factor. The room comes with all pictured. A King size bed that folds away in to a day bed / sofa. Large set of chest of drawers and a smaller additionally. Also comes with a desk if you require to work from home.

All bills with exception of energy included as it depends on home working & seasonally changes. I’ve decided to keep this separate and means cheap bills in the summer and more expensive in the winter. Typically look to split the bill at the end of the month.
