Kelty double room to let TV in room furnished

I have 1 room to let in a 3 bed property. Good bus travel routes and easy access onto the motorway. Excellent commutor routes to Perth or Edinburgh, Dunfermline etc. Gas and electric free up to £70 a month. Housemate covers anything over. Rest of the bills are paid. There is a garden if you should wish to use it. I'm away with work a lot so trying to keep someone there when I'm away. Memory foam topper on the mattress for alil extra comfort with the bed. Can discuss sky TV ect if required.
