Vegan housemates wanted

Modern house, with easy commute to Dunfermline, Perth, Dundee, Stirling, Edinburgh, etc. I’d like to find vegan housemates. I’m friendly, chatty, quite a deep person. I’m gay, doesn’t matter what your orientation is but obviously must be lgbt friendly (and non-racist). I’m not usually in a lot of the time to chat etc so this probably suits other reasonably quiet people who like company now and again.

The household is vegan, so ideally looking for another vegan housemate, but otherwise someone vegetarian who is happy to be vegan in the house. The room is available for 5-6months but I’d consider people for 6 weeks + if they want a short term let. No smokers (mild allergy). If anyone wants to stay less than 6 weeks this may be possible but there would be a rent adjustment to be discussed.

Council tax band E which would be divided between me and however many flatmates there are (so £96.60 if 2 of us here and £64.40 if 3 of us)

PLEASE NOTE THE EN-SUITE IS A JACK AND JILL EN-SUITE AND WILL THEREFORE BE SHARED BETWEEN THE 2 ROOMS, with an additional bathroom available for use of the sink and loo (and bath tub but no shower).

If someone wants the space to themselves (both bedrooms and en-suite) then the rent would be £675 all in (including council tax) and they would stay in the back bedroom with the other one available for putting a desk in etc and for storage of clothes etc.
