Room to let in family home. Has 2 single beds, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and built in wardrobe, room freshly decorated and new carpet. Shared bathroom. You can use the kitchen and sittingroom. French doors recently fitted and also a new deck area for all to enjoy. You would really need to have a car due to rural location. There is a bus service but it's quite limited. Property is 6 miles from Dundee, 10 miles from St Andrews. Have a cat and a small dog. I am in process of home and garden improvements but do a bit at a time. May consider short term lets. I'm a sociable person with a good sense of humour and love a good chat and a cuppa.
