Conscious Female or Male required for house share in Fife with Amazing country and Sea views.

The house has been used for personal spiritual development retreats, plus therapy work, meditation and yoga etc.

I am looking for conscious people who want to share this lovely space and location in Fife.

The Hermitage commands amazing views of the Firth of Forth, 500ft up on a hill, in a secluded location on the edge of a farm. You can see North Berwick straight across the sea from us, plus Bass Rock, The Isle of May, and Edinburgh to the west. We are surrounded by farmland which has cows and sheep in from the spring. It’s location is half mile from the main road with private track. The house has a large garden all around it with a polytunnel to grow veggies in plus raised beds in the garden.

There are 4 bedrooms, so 3 will be used with a guest bedroom spare. There is a large meditation work space you can use whenever you want, and work from if so needed. A lovely cosy living room with a wood burner, and good stocked library. A farm kitchen with an Aga that is always lit until early summer. Also a back kitchen space for washing etc.

The single and double room are both downstairs with a shared bathroom and shower. Both come furnished and with bedding if required. Both have beautiful views of the countryside. The double room has a large window with a sea view.

A car is essential. The location is 5 minutes north of Leven next to a small village called Bonnybank. About 20 minutes to St Andrew’s, 15 minutes to Cupar, 15 minutes to Falkland and Pillars of Hercules Organic farm shop and cafe.
