Room in Beautiful house in Kinghorn

Hello all! I'm Looking for a housemate in my lovely big old house in Kinghorn, Fife sharing with myself and one other (we are creative outdoorsy types, and both self employed artists). Move in date flexible but the room is available from January. The house has 2 living rooms, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and plenty storage. There is also a wee front garden/ balcony and back garden (which really needs tamed and some vegetables put in, so keen gardeners are welcome!) I have a pottery studio in the back garden of which usage could be discussed. The house is less than 10 min walk from Kinghorn beach (great for swimming), less than 10 mins walk to the station (40 mins on train to Edinburgh Waverley) and 5 min walk to the High Street with shops, cafes and pubs. The closest Supermarket is a 5 min drive in Kirkcaldy.
The room itself is a lovely bright space with views out to the Firth of Forth. It's on a quiet street so no traffic noise. The room is a lovely bright south facing space with views out to the sea. Double bed, chest of drawers and desk provided.
£450 incl bills.
Ideally looking for a long term lodger, however shorter term will also be considered.
