Apartment with sea view near station

Hi, looking to rent my 2 bedroom flat as I'm away a lot for work- often for a month or two at a time. The flat has two double bedrooms and looks directly over the sea with stunning views and sunrises.

All bills are included except gas and electricity. The flat is Situated just a few minutes walk from Kinghorn train station so great for commuting directly to Edinburgh (40 mins), Also close to stunning beaches and right next to local shops.
My place is up 2 flights of stairs so good mobility is important! I would only consider renting to quiet people as it's a shared building with a family downstairs. If you're interested please tell me a little about yourself.
