Craigencalt farm is a converted farm in an idyllic spot beside Kinghorn Loch in Fife. The farmhouse is a 200-year-old listed building with lots of character which is home to five individuals. With one person moving out we are now looking for a new individual who would like to be part of this small community. Other farm buildings are rented out to artisans and small enterprises
There is a large kitchen, sitting room and a back garden with views over the loch. Most people who live at Craigencalt do so because they enjoy a rural, peaceful lifestyle with access to the house orchard, greenhouse, fresh eggs and the chance of an allotment. Kinghorn Loch offers opportunities for swimming, canoeing and paddle boarding. The woodland on the farm is an ideal place to walk and chill.
Rent is £395 per month (including council tax) while utilities are around £130 pcm.
The farm is 15 minutes’ walk from award winning beaches and 10 minutes to the train station.
