My dad is looking for someone to rent out his spare double bedroom. Room has double bed, wardrobe and tv but welcome to bring your own if you have them. The flat is within walking distance to the High Street, bus and train station and bus stops. Parking available outside and flat is within easy access to the the dual carriageway. You would have full use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Occupant must be willing to help share the cleaning of the flat and tidy up after themselves.
