Spacious, airy, homely and bright 2 bed flat in Kirkcaldy.
Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom with a shared shower in the main room en suite.
Shared car park with plenty of spaces for parking.
New tenant wanted due to previous flatmate moving out of the area for work. Looking for a friendly, sociable flatmate that understands boundaries and is happy to share with a fellow young professional.
The flat is rented from a live out landlord whom I have never had any issues with and is always helpful and easy to contact when needed.
Pictures include a cat- will have moved out before new tenant moves in.
