A spacious double room in a modern 3 bedroom house in Kirkcaldy's Hollybrae area. 5 minutes walk to the Fife Central Retail Park and other amenities. Enclosed back garden and open plan kitchen/dining room. Shared bathroom and a separate wc on the ground floor.

The bedroom has just been furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a desk and chair. There is also a built in double wardrobe.

Please be aware you must be comfortable with dogs as I have a very playful puppy in the house. However she does not have access to the first floor.

Broadband is included and utility bill is split between the occupiers.

I am looking for a female professional to share the house with.
