Hi I'm Calvin. I'm looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom furnished flat in Kirkcaldy near the Ravenscraig park.
I'm 25 years old and I'm a dog walker. I like going to the gym, I play the the guitar and enjoy the outdoors.
The flat has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a shared livingroom/kitchen. There's street parking and it's a short walk to Kirkcaldy town centre. Both bedrooms also have built in wardrobes.
You'd be able to move into the flat in mid February 2023 but can be flexible with dates.
If you're interested in sharing, I have a full video tour of the flat that I can send over to you but it is attached to this ad.
It would also be good to meet up for a chat and see if we have things in common.
Sadly no pets allowed in the flat.
Bills to be paid separately from the rent.
