Large House to Share

I have a large 4 bedroom house and due to a change in circumstances I would like to rent out a room with full access to all areas of the property. Just expect the house to be kept clean and respected. I often work away and have my son from time to time. The asking price is for rent including all bills. The property has a front and back garden and an external garage, a large kitchen/dining area and a large living area, downstairs bathroom and a main upstairs bathroom.
