I’m looking to rent out a room in my 3 bedroom house in Kirkcaldy. House is in the Templehall area with great bus links to Town/Victoria Hospital/Retail Park and Train Station. Limited on street parking with free public parking nearby. Variety of local shops including barber/butcher/pub 2 minute walk. Direct train to Edinburgh/leuchars/dundee.

This would be suitable for a professional/professional couple or mature student. I work offshore so you would have more space for yourself than in most rentals. Has all the amenities of a standard home and a dining area, front and back garden for chilling out.

About me: I’m a social person and love to meet new people. I play rugby and am quite outgoing. I am open minded and respectful. I am also LGBTQ friendly and just ask that you respect that in my space.

The house is mainly modernised but there will be ongoing renovations over the next few years, which of course will be discussed and planned with any potential tenants to avoid disruption.

I have limited photos but would be willing to do a virtual tour for anyone interested. Also open to any more questions. Looking at short term lets with potential for extensions if the shoe fits.

I just ask that you have a baseline of cleanliness and tidiness and you respect the home as you would your own and in return I will open up my heart and home to you!
