MON - FRI ONLY (BUT......May consider short term 1-3 months full time flat-share £420 PCM)

Please provide some details about yourself such as age, job title, background and if you wish to stay Mon-Fri (£75 a week ) OR Full-Time flat-share (£105 per week) if you do not have a profile.

MON -FRI ONLY - You will be provided with fresh, clean towels every Monday and also fresh bed linen. The room will also be cleaned every weekend, ready for your return on Sunday night/Monday as it will be in use at the weekends.

Previous flatmates:

1. 22 year old female (Full-time flat-share - £400 PCM) Stayed 5 months (Moved into apartment with new boyfriend)
2. 18 year old male from Middlesbrough (Mon to Fri flat-share £80 Per Week for 2 months work......I was away to a festival in England for a weekend so asked if he wanted to bring his girlfriend up to the Edinburgh Fringe for that weekend.....no extra paid....I'm sound that way : )
3. 22 year old male (Full-time flat-share £420 PCM) Stayed 2 months as was planning on moving in with his friend when they got a place together. Had a great laugh......sound guy.
4. 22 year old male (Mon-Fri flat-share £300 PCM) Stayed 3 & 1/2 months as was finishing his Masters Degree at Diageo in Leven......great laugh and very tidy.

The bathroom is a bath/shower.

I am a hard working professional Diagnostics/Test Technician and like to have a laugh. I currently work 2 weeks day-shift (8am to 5pm Mon to Thur & 8am to 12pm Fri) and 2 weeks night-shift (11pm to 8am Mon to Thur) ROTA. I do work overtime sometimes at the weekends and this could be anytime day or night - 390 hours overtime last year...200 so far this year !

I believe I am honest, genuine and treat people with respect and expect the same in return. My interests include music, swimming, football, running and spending time with my niece, god-daughters and nephews.
I can easily afford to live in the apartment myself but thought that seen as there is currently a spare room; the extra money could be useful for travel, nights out, etc, etc.

It would be great to have somebody who is easy to live with, likes to live in a well kept clean environment and who also enjoys life and knows how to have a laugh.

If I am being honest it would be great to have someone who is very thoughtful and considerate when cleaning up after themselves.

The apartment is on St. Clair St. which is a main bus route into Kirkcaldy and also to places such as Leven, Glenrothes, etc, etc.

- 15 minute walk to the Adam Smith College, Kirkcaldy High Street & KDY Train Station
