Interview required

We want someone who is mature, responsible, and able to clean up after themselves and keep room tidy (not spotless)

We do not party, and would expect the individual to respect that and at least ask before just inviting people over for a party.

Have garage space for a motorbike if needed. Not a car.

Must have a job or an ability to pay rent and amenities without problems.
