I have a double bedroom to rent in Kirkcaldy

There is wifi in the flat

You have a bed desk tv stand and double wardrobe in the room

You have use of your own bathroom with bath as I have an en suite

You have you own fridge freezer within the kitchen for sole use

I would prefer someone 5 days a week but would consider 7 days for increased rent of £360 per month

I would like someone clean tidy and respectful of my home.
