I am looking for someone to rent out my spare room,
It is a large double room. with full use of the house

There is a large garden to the side, perfect for chilling, BBQ's etc.

There is me and another female in the house at the moment.

I work away alot so its mainly just one other housemate to share with.

When i am home i spend alot of time with my kids and they also stay with me
