Clean, double room

Clean large double room, king size bed with memory foam mattress, shared kitchen, living room etc. I have my dog 🐶 Maddie who lives in the house and she is the happiest, lovely tempered wee dog out! She is great company but no bother. House is 5 min walk from Victoria Hospital so great for student placements. Large garden which is a sun trap. The house is close to all amenities including train station with direct rail journey of 30mins to Edinburgh every 40 minutes. St Andrews 40mins in car. Great bus service to all Scotland. Broadband and sky TV included. Washing machine, tumble drier and full cooking facilities. Close to shops and 15 min walk to town centre or retail parks. I have had people return again and again using as a holiday base due to the amenities and base.

Some info about me. I love to laugh and very easy going. I get on with most people young and old. I am PA to Associate Director of Nursing but my spare time is all about breakdancing which I have done for 35years. I am fortunate to travel all over the world to perform. I also teach two classes a week and attend many events throughout the year. I am a very considerate person and respect all cultures.
