Double Room With Its Own Separate Living Room

A double room, separate living room and WC/ shower room available from the end of March 2015. The accommodation also comes with its own garage space!. I am letting this are out as the house is way too big for my son and I now that my other kids have left home. I work full time and would prefer a professional person who only requires the accommodation through the week but I am willing to consider other options
