Spare room in a two bed flat to rent

Medium sized spare room, fits/has why can be a double bed has a wardrobe in and chest of drawers.

Quite flat, just myself and my dog ( small breed )

Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room and garden, parking available, 100 a week/400 a month, bills included, but would like you to buy your own food, as I am not a mind reader for feeding 😂

Male preferred around the age of 25-32, none smoker, single and professional,

Will consider a female,

Driving preferred, but can provide you transport at times for fuel money.

Chores/keeping the place tidy is responsibility of both.
