Converted garage/Studio Apartment i

This is like having your own place. Converted Garage into a studio apartment with own door and entrance, 5 minute walk to train station and bus stops and 5 min drive to A92. Room at the moment consists of double bed, double wardrobe/shelves, sofa bed, drawer unit, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster with access to washing machine by agreement, 42" tv and broadband. There is a seperate modern walk in shower room. We are looking for a professional individual who is tidy and easy to get along with just like ourselves, We have a non allergenic wee llaso apso dog and our family are grown up and live away from home.
