I have 1 room to rent in my home in Markinch near Glenrothes. It’s in a quiet area with plenty of parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have local shops/bars nearby and exceptional public transportation as well. Very close to Markinch Biomass Plant and A92. The room is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, 2 x bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. Free View TV and unlimited broadband included in rent, alongside other utilities. Rent is £350 per month. You will also have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen (washing machine, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezers) bathroom (shower over bath) and small patio. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least three months, but short term considered. A non-smoker is desirable ( but you can smoke outside), and not too noisy.
