Cozy bedroom in the lovely town of Newburgh

I have a room with a double bed, small desk and built-in closet to let from the 1st October.
The flat has a living room with tv, a bright and spacious kitchen with a breakfast table, and a bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine and a drying green available. Wifi is good and all bills are included. Parking is available on the street after 5pm and there is free parking available close-by.
I'm looking for someone who is considerate, clean and tidy enough and feels comfortable sharing a living space.
Newburgh is a community-minded and creative town, with beautiful views on the river Tay, and many walks possible from my doorstep. The flat is on the high street, a few minutes walk away from a coop, baker, butcher, charity and vintage shops, 2 cafes and 2 pubs, with one more opening soon.
Newburgh is on the 65 bus route Perth-StAndrews, and the 36 bus route to Glenrothes.
I work in St Andrews and Dundee and am training as a counsellor in Glasgow some evenings. I also work from home (in the living room) some of the time; I'm looking for someone who is equally active and would enjoy returning to a comfortable and peaceful environment.. I’d be happy having a chat, a meal, a film together/ show you around the town.
