You will have use of a fully fitted modern dining kitchen with utility room, a separate sitting room, 1 bathroom, 1 shower/bathroom, and well-maintained gardens There is also either driveway or off street parking available. Only the gas & electricity bills are extra and are charged on a usage basis.

Each double room is on the first floor, and is 15’6 x 10’7 or 15’6 x 13’5. Each offers a comfortable double bed, double wardrobe, bookcase, comfortable chair or sofa and adequate storage space, plus a worktable and chair. There is a family bath/shower room on the first floor.
