The room is fully furnished with a desk, single bed and ample storage. There is also wifi.

The large kitchen/diner has a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a cooker, an air fryer and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

There is a lovely communal patio area and a small balcony with a patio set for sitting out.

Newport on Tay is charming and in a much sought-after location with stunning views of the River Tay and gorgeous sunsets. It is quiet, yet very close to Dundee (10m drive) and St Andrews (20m) and a short walk to bus stops (to both places).

Within a short walking distance we have an award-winning little high street including an artisan baker, two small supermarkets, cafes, bars/restaurants, takeaways, hairdresser, yoga studio and art gallery. There is also a nearby Boating Club.

There are many beautiful walks and we are close to nature.

We are also very near to the beautiful beaches and forest of Tentsmuir National Nature Reserve.
