Furnished double room

Lovely double room in 4 bedroom detached house. Shared kitchen ,bathroom and living room. The house is in a rural location and having a car is a must, however it is just off the A92 and an easy commute to Dundee, St Andrews or Glenrothes. I have a westie dog who is very friendly so any potential flatmate would need to be a dog lover.

The house is well decorated and modern with a large dining kitchen, private garden and big sitting room with lovely views. There is oil fired central heating and a log burner. The house is big enough to have your own space with a second sitting room if required.

My circumstances have changed and I love my house and it’s location but I need a flat mate to help with the costs. I am a fairly tidy person and would expect a flat mate to be the same.
