The house is just off Queensferry Road so it's conveniently located for the bus or train. Free off-street parking is also available.

The maisonette has a sunny and comfy living room. The kitchen is cosy and comes with a washing machine, fridge, cooker, microwave in addition to all tableware, pots and pans.

Your sunny would-be room overlooks the garden and is of a good size with a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe, a good-sized chest of drawers and a corner unit.

As for me, I'm a working professional who likes a good chat and laugh. I enjoy spending time with my friends. I also love cooking and reading.

Council tax (band B), broadband, gas and electricity bills are not included in the rent.

The room is available only from the 4th October.
