Looking for a house mate

I have a furnished double room available that never gets used.

I’m looking for someone who is easy to get a long with, clean/tidy, respectful, but also who is down to sit and have a laugh together. Living alone can be quite boring!

I’m not into partying, but don’t mind friends over for drinks, I also have a hyperactive cat. I’m easy going, respectful of privacy and wanting your own space.
