1 double room in a large 2 bed flat

I have 1 double room in a large 2 bed flat. I have a puppy and a kitten who are wholly my responsibility I just ask you treat them with respect when they are running about. They are both very loving when not playing with each other. All bills are included. The bedroom furniture was purely for visitors. I’d be happy to pay half for any new furniture the tennant wanted so long as the furniture remained after. Feel free to bring your own if needed. Will send picture of rooms upon request
