I've got a 3-bed end terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac.

All bills are inclusive.
Master bedroom is available already furnished.
Train station is only a few minutes' walk away.
Local Tesco within a couple minutes' walk.

I have small labradore. He's very well trained however he can become a bit excited when you 1st walk in the door. He does quickly settle and he stays in the Livingroom/office area anyway and the doors are closed too.

I may look into renting out the other room once I've become familiar with the new laws.

Open to negotiating price, weekly monthly or deposit.
