Double bedroom complete with bed and fitted sliding wardrobe available in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Rosyth with me, the only occupant, plus 3 friendly house cats.

Council tax band B. Would suit a professional male or female who is looking for a short or longer term arrangement, open to minimum stays of 1 week, up to max 1 year (open to discussion with the right person). I work split shifts Mon-Fri so I’m in and out in between 9.30am- 2.30pm.

Good transport links - Rosyth Train station is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. A few minutes drive to the Queensferry Crossing, M90 and A90. Plenty of parking available for residents.
