Hi There! My name's Adam, and I'm looking for a long term lodger for my 2nd double bedroom.

I'm preferably looking for a professional male that's respectively clean and tidy (NO STUDENTS PLEASE). As I'd be your live-in landlord I'm a fairly relaxed guy working professionally full time but very easy going at home and respectful to other peoples' privacy.

The space I'm renting out will be £650 per month (Including all bills) and must be paid on the 1st of every month. A deposit of £650 is also required prior to move-in but after signing the lodger agreement (This can of course be available upon request and must be signed prior to moving in).

This property sited in Rosyth is a modern first floor apartment that's well placed for access to local shops, schools,
