I have a modern single room in the dockyard area of Rosyth, Fife. Rosyth has good rail, bus and road links to Edinburgh and Central Scotland.

The room is furnished with or without a computer desk, drawers and clothes space. The tenant will also have full access to a bathroom including a bath and shower which is situated next door to the room.

You will have access to the lounge area with SKY TV and the dining kitchen.

The property has off street parking and a well presented garden to the front and rear. the rear garden has a hot tub and seating area.

All bills, including WiFi are included in the rent.
