A ground floor double bedroom on Bridge Street for a student (preferably a chill postgraduate), 4 minutes walking from the university for 430£/month bills are not included. It is on the main street next to the gas station. The flat has 2 double bedrooms, a big living room, a dining room and a garden with a shelter for bikes. The flat has everything you would think of or need: projector, pans, microwave, dishes, spoons, mugs, an iron, tools etc... You will share the flat with me.
