Tenant would have to provide own bed linen.

New tenant is welcome to share the existing EE Broadband and is required to pay a 50% share of all bills including Council Tax, EON Gas and Electricity, EE Broadband and TV Licence. Cost of bills is included in the rate of £675.

Smoking is allowed in the back garden or outside the property only.

The new tenant is welcome to have friends and family at the house, but large scale parties are not encouraged. The new tenant must respect the property and make a fair contribution towards the cleaning and tidying.
