The current tenant is leaving at the end of June due to a change in his working circumstances. I am looking for a person to take on the whole lease, preferably, though other arrangements will be considered. The flat is reasonably spacious and furnished, though somewhat on the scruffy side. There are 2 double bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. There is also small back garden (with a dilapidated shed) and a front garden - both are lawned, with boundary hedges.
