Includes off street parking suitable for two cars and a good-sized private garden with Summerhouse and BBQ. Well equipped with white goods and recently upgraded shower room. The windows and external doors are to be replaced over the Summer when appropriate.

My house would suit 3rd/4th undergraduates and postgraduates or indeed employed people who like to have a bit of personal space, comfort and take responsibility for their surroundings. Ideally I would prefer if the incoming tenants came as one ie. know each other but this is not essential. The move in date is flexible in that once restrictions are lifted and it is safe, it could be arranged for over the Summer.
