Very well situated at east end of Lamond Drive for Albany Park, Scottish Oceans Institute, Marine Biology; also convenient for Bute Medical School / St Mary's College. Five minutes from the beach and harbour area and East Sands Leisure Centre.

Ideal for PhD candidates, teaching fellows on long-term placements and professional persons.
