New flatmate needed!!

Hi all,

My current housemate is moving on and so I'm looking for someone to take his room and continue the lease on the property I'm living in.

Good location and nice and quiet. The property itself has a gas cooker, good storage, great shower and a nice size living/dining room.

House is fully furnished...only thing it doesn't have is broadband but I'd happily share the cost of getting that installed + monthly payments.

As for a flatmate....don't really care about age as long as you're respectful, tidy, pay rent/bills on time, non smoker, no pets, no couples.

Room available in about 4 weeks time (approx 12/12/19)...rent + bills comes to approx. £ 520 a month per person.

Any questions fire them my way....
